Health Tip of the day: Reducing risk of Heart Attack or Stroke

One of the best ways to protect yourself against a stroke or heart attack is by not smoking. Here are other ways:

Maintain a healthy weight

Being overweight increases your risk of high blood pressure high cholesterol levels, cardiovascular disease and diabetes risk factors for a stroke and heart attack. So eat a nutritious diet and aim for 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity on most days.

Limit fats and cholesterol

Limit meat to a total of 6 ounces daily. Choose fat-free or low-fat dairy products. Limit saturated fats and avoid transfats. Instead of solid fats (butter, margarine, shortening), use monounsaturated oils (canola, olive and peanut) and polyunsaturated oils (corn, safflower, sesame, sunflower and soy).

Eat fish that have omega-3s

Eat fish that have omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and trout. (See “Eat foods high in omega-3s,”

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables

Produce contains nutrients such as potassium, folate and antioxidants that may protect against stroke and heart attack. Eat at least three servings of fruits and at least four servings of vegetables daily.

Use alcohol moderately, if at all

Too much alcohol can raise blood pressure. Moderate drinking is defined as no more than one drink a day for women and anyone age 65 or older and no more than two drinks a day for men under 65.

Reduce sodium (salt)

Limiting sodium in your diet and making other lifestyle changes can help prevent high blood pressure. If you already have it, reducing sodium intake further may help lower it.

HOW TO CHECK NEW FAMILY DEPENDENT FEE OF 100 SR IN SAUDI ARABIA

HOW TO CHECK NEW FAMILY DEPENDENT FEE OF 100 SR IN SAUDI ARABIA

Since the implementation is done recently on 1st of July, most of the people are still not aware how to check if this is true or not, and if this applies to their family or no.

Here i am posting a method on HOW-TO- check if your dependent family visa fee is applied to your head of family.

Some govt employee are saying that this didn't apply to them. This method will clarify it. However, some govt employer ,who used to pay for their iqama before this law, may still continue paying for them but they may take it from their monthly salaries, which will be clear by the end of this month when they will receive their pay slip.

Also from 1st January, this 100 SR fee per person will be increased to 200/dependent. So, if someone's iqama is expiring after 1st January, 2018, he will pay 100/month per person till December,2017 and from January,2018 onwards, it will be 200/month per person.

Another TAX sytem will  be VAT (Value Added Tax), which will also be applied to more than 90 items from January, 2017.

This monthly fee will be paid at the time of renewal of iqama by the end of every year.

What you need for this method:

  1. 30 minutes of your precious time
  2. IQAMA ID no. of head of family like Father or Brother or Husband
  3. Internet Bank account (any bank)
  4. Access to internet

Now, here are the steps on HOW-TO- check:

  1. Go to your bank online web-account (Most of us do have it).
  2. Log in to your account using your personal details
  3. Click SADAD
  4. Click 'Government Payments'
  5. Now it will show you options for services 'SELECT MOI SERVICES'
  6. Click on it and choose 'Alien Control'
  7. If your bank shows next option 'Transaction type', click on 'Payment', otherwise skip this step
  8. Click on the option of service type and choose 'Associate Fees for All Registered Associates on Head of Household Iqama' (this is usually the last option in this option list)
  9. Now enter IQAMA ID Number of the head of Household
  10. Next option is Fees Duration End Date or simply enter the date of Iqama Expiry in Hijri as mentioned on your Family Head Iqama and enter the Year of Expiry like 1439, means 1 year ahead of Iqama Expiry. For example: 26/10(shawal)/1439
  11. Click Next and it will show the amount which has to be paid when IQAMA has to be renewed.
Hopefully it will clear everyone, who has to pay and who doesn't. Kindly post in comment if this method helped you find it out, and also mention (without names, to help others know)
  1. if you work in private or government sector
  2. if your system showed any particular fee or its showing Zero :)
  3. or if its showing zero, and your employer told you that it will be deducted from your salary and they will pay it for you.
Only GOD (ALLAH) knows well what will happen next, but don't panic, RIZQ is from ALLAH and your problems will be solved. Only TRUST IN GOD (THE ALMIGHTY)

How to update software of router or to unlock it and use anywhere in world!!

Long wait is over now, here are all version software which will be required to update this router in any country by a simple method. After i received request from you people, i keep on trying and searching different methods, finally i cracked it by a simple method.

Most people said they can't unlock this router as the mobily software is updated to 103 or 104 version. I found a simple solution to that here, All you need is to follow my simple steps to update this router.
Remember, not to miss any single step and to identify right software for your version.(i will show you how to see which software you need)

Whats Needed?
You need:
1. Router
2. 30 minutes of your valuable time
3. That's it.
Yeah, the good part is, you don't have to open hardware of router. So far my method has not failed me over routers that i unlocked myself. No boot loop errors. Hopefully no damage will happen in the end & don't forget, we are here to help.

Disclaimer:
But before you start, any damage caused or happened to your router, We or our team is not responsible, do it on your own risk.

Which Models are covered in B593?
All the models are covered in this tutorial. Remember, you don't need to pay for unlock codes or other difficult methods. I invented this method and succeeded in it.

STEPS to follow:
Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Turn on your router with/without sim, not the provider sim like mobily, use stc sim instead, connect to your router. (Download all files before starting your router without sim)

Step 2: Sign in IP address. It can be 2 IP address 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.100.1, check behind the router as shown in the picture below:

Step 3: Enter the password on the admin page, Default password is admin

Step 4: Go to System, then Device information.

Step 5: Very important step: Look for the 'Software version' which currently your router is running
It may look like this as shown in picture:

Step 6: Download the software that is higher version from the links below, remember the last 5 words are important: For example: SP032

Step 7: Download the B593 UPGRADE FILE

This file is the Jump-Start of this procedure, very important step, after downloading, don't extract file for now, as it is in .rar form.

Step 8: Download the file from the links below:

V200R001C00SP032

V200R001C284SP033

V100R001C00SP052

SP054

SP053

V100R001C07SP061

V100R001C55SP103
V100R001C55SP104
STEP: 9: Make your antivirus disabled, also turn off your firewall, you can make these changes by going into control panel of your PC and then follow next step.

STEP:10.. Start your router and go to the settings after login to the systems IP address. which is usually written on the back of the router, it may look like this
http://192.168.100.1 or 192.168.1.1, by default, device Password is 'admin', all of that is written on the back side of your router, no need to worry about that.

Now confirm, again, the version of router router software in the settings..

"Its very important to know the router software number esp the last 3 numbers as you have to choose the software above that number in order to succeed in the process."

Step: 11. On the right hand side you can see the reset button.
I want you to press all buttons together, the reset button with a pen and simultaneously pressing both buttons above and down to it as shown in picture below for 30 seconds at least
